AE Connect is not an ArisGlobal LifeSphere alternative. LifeSphere Safety remains the system of record. AE Connect integrates with LifeSphere and with any other safety database. If a colleague still says Safety One, ask which vendor they mean. This page is ArisGlobal. Oracle's Safety One Argus is a different product, covered on the Argus note.
What ArisGlobal publishes
ArisGlobal's LifeSphere Safety page describes a SaaS safety system for pharmacovigilance operations, with MultiVigilance for case management and other modules, including intake, listed beside it. Those are ArisGlobal products. This page does not repeat the vendor's performance percentages, and it does not claim AE Connect is any of those modules.
Keep LifeSphere, or a CRO that already runs it, when the program needs a system of record for ICSRs and periodic reporting. An intake workspace is the wrong purchase if what you needed was the database.
The integration
Use AE Connect when the source is still an email or a PDF and a reviewer needs a structured draft. The draft is seriousness, MedDRA coding assist, causality, expectedness, timeline, and a narrative. AE Connect integrates the case with LifeSphere and with any other safety database. LifeSphere remains the system of record. The comparison table is the short version.
The same pattern is on the Vault Safety note. E2B(R3) is where the safety database remains the system of record for the file.
