Terms of Service
The service
AE Connect is decision-support software for pharmacovigilance teams. You paste or upload a source document. The workspace drafts seriousness, coding, causality, expectedness, and a reporting timeline. You review it. The draft is not a regulatory submission, not a medical diagnosis, and not a determination that a case is an SAE or a SUSAR.
AE Connect integrates with any safety database. Oracle Argus, ArisGlobal LifeSphere, and Veeva Vault Safety remain the system of record. It is not those products. It does not write aggregate reports and it does not maintain your company core data sheet.
These terms cover aeconnect.io and the workspace at /app/. They do not cover app.aeconnect.io unless counsel later says they do.
Accounts
You need an account to save a case. Give a real name and a work email you control. Passwords must be at least 10 characters and include a letter and a number. You are responsible for the account and for who you let use it. Tell us if you think someone else is signed in as you.
Your case data
You keep ownership of the narratives and documents you submit. You give QORO a limited right to host that text, run it through the assessment step, and store the draft and your decisions so the workspace functions. You are responsible for having the right to put that information into the service, including any patient or reporter data.
You are the controller of pharmacovigilance records you upload. In this draft we describe ourselves as a processor of that content for the purpose of providing the workspace. A data-processing addendum and a business associate agreement are not included and are not offered here. Do not upload production protected health information until that is resolved in writing.
The Privacy Policy (also a draft) describes hosting, the model provider, and Stripe in more detail.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to break access controls, probe other customers' cases, overload the API, or upload malware. Do not use the output as if a qualified reviewer had signed it when they have not.
AI output
Drafts can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistently coded. MedDRA suggestions are model output, not a licensed dictionary lookup that you can treat as authoritative. You must review every field before anyone relies on it. QORO is not your qualified person for pharmacovigilance.
Fees
There is no monthly self-serve plan on the public price list. Name, a company email, and a company name request a 14-day sandbox trial with unlimited cases. We set up the sandbox account. The company name becomes the Organization. Companies buy an annual subscription: Starter at US $36,000 per year, Growth at US $72,000 per year, or Scale at US $120,000 per year, by contacting sales or booking a demo. Taxes may apply and are not calculated in this draft. Counsel should confirm this paragraph before anyone treats it as the contract.
There is no cancel button inside the workspace today. To cancel, email info@qfsnow.com. If a Stripe billing portal is added later, you can use that too. Access continues through the period you have already paid unless the draft is replaced with a different rule.
Our intellectual property
The site, the workspace, and the wording of the software stay with QORO and its licensors. These terms do not sell you that software. They let you use the hosted service while your account is in good standing.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided as available. Drafts are not warranted to be correct, complete, or fit for a regulatory filing. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime. This paragraph should be tightened by counsel; it is here so nobody mistakes the product for a validated submission system.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, QORO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including a missed reporting deadline or a regulatory finding, arising from use of a draft. A sensible cap is the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Counsel must confirm whether that cap is enforceable and what it cannot limit, including liability that cannot be waived.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is harming the service or other customers, or that is not paying. We will email the account address when we can do that without making the problem worse.
Disputes and governing law
Placeholder, for counsel: these terms are intended to be governed by Delaware law, because QORO Intelligence Inc. is a Delaware corporation, and disputes would be heard in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Venue, arbitration, and class-action terms are not decided in this draft. Do not treat this paragraph as a jurisdiction clause until it is reviewed.
